Ok some of you might think this is stupid but here is my idea, make a box drill four holes in it then take two pipes and curve then to fit the stock exhaust and go down and threw the box and out the back then weld around the holes where the pipes went threw. Add two plates inside with hoes in them so the food/hotdogs dont touch the pipes, add a lid that locks down and clamps to keep the box in place. Yes I do have some time on my hands. lol.

Just a thought, but, how about a box in a box design. The exhaust could go in the outer shell, flow around the inner box, and out the back. The outer shell could be designed just about any way you want it to look with a standard square inner to keep the food safe and hot.

Time on hand is an understatement. I have spent more time on this site than on my sled for the first time since I joined. 
That sucks, Iam getting alot of rideing in but the last few days were cold -20's so I didnt ride much.
