My Simons CPR Attak on dyno, WOW

Mr Flinstone is on a temporary hiatus I also deleted the majority of his posts we don't need trouble makers on this site If when he returns he starts up again he will be banned permanently :o|

Thanks Convert, the guy was a real puke. No worries guys, I like to share info here. There is lots of great info I receive here from the good guys. I like to share what I have learned also. Just too darn bad there are always going to be a few bad eggs that try to spoil it for everyone. I don't know why anyone would be questioning what I say. I don't lie and have NEVER cheated to win a race. I have been teched by the finest tech men in the business. They have never found 1 thing illegal, I take it as a compliment when I get protested. From what I see the ones that are doing the protesting are the ones that are doing the cheating. Anyways, I'm having a ball away from the racetrack with these four-stroke trail machines. Don't see going back to the two-strokes again. Especially since boost makes them so darn good. Mike Knapp#17

Convert sure as hell did the right thing :)
Thanks Mike Knapp. It is cool what you share with us and you have a great attitude about everthing....a shining example for all of us :flag:

Here it is, I take all blame. It is just that in every industry info is kept secret so people do not copy it. In my mind if he says no, then how are you going to beat people into submission? Charts and graphs, accusations? The simple answer to me is dont buy it if you dont like it or the info.

That thread yesterday had everything from soup to nuts, requests for name changes, multiple warnings, member requests to delete the thread, locks and unlocks. It was a lot more work to clean it out rather than slap another warning on it and let it get perma locked and or deleted.

I made the choice to do the more difficult thing, hopefully giving the thread a new start.

But again, if you want to beat Jeff into submission and he wants to keep certain proprietary info to himself, then not much was gained

sorry, thats not the chart from the turbo were using, i not trying to be difficult and i surely can't please everyone, so if someone chooses not to buy a turbo from me when i give a money back guarantee thats fine, the kits results speak for themselves...116.7 mph in 660 ft at st germain speed run with a bone stock engine and 12 lbs boost with 1 gallon of race fuel added to premium pump gas. the sled had a work out all weekend from numerous drivers literally beating the #*$&@ out of it, pass after pass across the lake, everyone was impressed, and it went back in the trailer running as good as when it came out. i am just protecting the competitive edge my kit has over other kits and i'm backing it with a money back guarantee, if you want a turbo kit, there in stock, if you want competitive secrets, i can't help you. sorry jeff

Congrats and thanks Mike-I'm with you, this site is a great resource for info exchange, sharing experience and knowedge, etc.. We should all try to stay on the same team. Happy boosting!

I have no doubt the sled makes that kind of power, dont understand why that fools posts got deleted? I thought it was ok to disagree, and he was making some good points just missing the main point! LOL

For whatever reason my posts keep getting deleted and I'm not bashing anyone. We'll try this one again, Jeff you should bring those sleds to North Bay for the guiness world record weekend, 2000 feet ice track, shaved, probably the best track anywhere. I'm sure your race sled could beat the twin engine record of 192.2.

I don't see why it wouldn't work at altitude. I will be doing some more testing with controller settings this coming week. Time to start leaning it out as I now have near 500 miles on. Its time to hit the lake. I'm going to need to grind two teeth off the spedo pickup as seeing 155+ on it makes me feel uneasy. I hope the track stays in it. Will report back after testing different boost and fuel settings. It has been flawless to date. Mike Knapp

The fuel mapping should be spot on with the powderlites box. I know a few( alot actually) guys on snowest run them and absolutely love them. I dont think you will run into any problems with it.

its a pure logic box, custom tailored to our needs, not a powder lites box, although pure logic does make powderlites their boxes. we have different features such as an adjustable accellerater sensativity circuit. however derrick fisher from pure logic definatly has the tuning spot on for us with these boxes. jeff

This is the only boosted EFI that I have ridden that does not have the dreaded lean pop when mashing the throttle. I can tell you that CPR is doing some things differently to increase the performance and still get perfect drivability with the EFI. I'm not going to disclose trade secrets though, so don't ask. I'm going to do some testing to increase fuel mileage now that it is broke in. I intentionally have been running it rich for break in. Even running slightly rich, it is more than anyone can use in the power department. My next one will be built using a stock engine at 7.5 lbs. The last 1/2 of throttle travel can only be utilized on the lake. Even then, only for a couple seconds at a time. It gets to 150 on dreameter so fast it makes your head spin. At 150 its still pulling HARD. I have never ridden a trail sled that is this fast on pump fuel. If you don't have the sense to back out of it, it could blow the track right out. Mike Knapp#17
