need a pcv map please help

I have a 2009 nytro with a home built turbo. I'm using a pcv for boosted sleds with auto tune and an LCD screen. I'm waiting on a phone call back from ulmer racing . does anyone have a map I could download in the mean time just in case I cab get one by the weekend? Thank you for your help
