i need the outside diameter of the anti bottom rubber pcs and its lenght for the phazer, if anyone knows it.seen the kit and its so simple, i will make it myself.we have lots of rubber and teflon where i work so wont cost nothin, just need the measurements

anti bottom rubber,it bolts to the side of the rail, there is three holes in the rail you can bolt it on,it is a kit from yamaha you have to buy for the phazer, dimension of that pcs would be nice

I have a set off of my 05 Vector. I will measure them tonight & post the sizes tomorrow. I know that the rubber is a very hard durometer & that it actually spins freely on the steel bushing. When the spring come into contact with the rubber there is a forward roll to the rubber. I will post the sizes of all the parts.

its ok,i got it off pat's sled today, they sell those for $65,thats nuts, when i saw how easy it was to make,i made a set in about 1/2 hour where i work for out of teflon, the yamaha ones are rubber but its gonna work just fine

looks like a great idea. I'll be doing something with my FX. What were the dimensions? I have access to teflon and solid rubber at work also.

1 1/2 diameter by 1 3/8 long, you need to put a bushing in the centre,i used a pcs of pipe 9/16 outside diam by 3/8 inside diam by 1 7/16 long,i put the pipe in the lathe to drill it out to 3/8.i made another set but 2'' diam instead, will be testing both
