since my clutch has chunks takein out of the sides were the weights hit,i need to buy i new clutch, can anyone give me a good set up for a trail ridin turboed rx1,also there is one button missing on my secoundary can i replace the buttons or do i have to buy a complete new secoundary? any help will be great, thanxs allen

go with supertips and a green dalton spring in primary. white secondary spring with a 54-44 dalton helix. very nice for trail ridding. yes you can buy bottons, replace all 3 . check to make sure the little piece of aluminum on back of button isn't broke.. 3-3 on secondary spring

were can i get these parts from and will this combo let me spin the motor to 10500,the reason why i ask is the sled only sun to 9000 rpm with the current clutching.
here is what it had fbp weight with two bolts and two washers in the, black primary spring

the secoundary helix is a 53 44 with a black spring and the spring is in the number 9 outside hole

Could be:
Exhaust leak, charge tube leak, jetting may be far off, sacked primary and secondary springs, wrong clutching,
or a mix of the above.

ok this is what i have done so far new primary clutch, new stock spring in bolth the primary and secoundary, new ulmer racing clutch kit with helix set up by ulmer racing for a simons turbo sled, and i hooked up a boost gauge, this is what it is doing now.when you nail it it reves to 10,000 and then falls back to 9400-9500 the boost gauge shows 8 psi when you first hit it then falls back to 6 psi,it feels alot better then it did when i first got it,i have only ran it on the low boost setting because i dont have access to 110 race fuel.i have put new intercooler to carb boots on it also, the old ones looked pretty bad,i dont hear any leaks out of the header.i have a wide band o2 but i havent put it on yet

Your loosin boost you got a leak. My cracked cpr header did the exact thing & you could not hear a leak. Falling rpm,s & falling boost = leak!!!!! It may not be a cracked header but i would look there 1st.

ok this my be a dumb question but how do i get to the header to look at it? do you have some destructions so i can take my sled apart to look, i have to hook up the wide band anyways so i might as well do it all at once right

If you have your secondary spring at 9-1 it is incorrect. Ulmer Racing recommends 6-1 for turbo clutch secondary spring setting.

Remove seat, bars, and gas tank. You will then see the turbo. Very easy to do.

the spec paper said 9-1 on the secoundary what will 6-1 do?

Softer secondary preset will upshift faster and will lower rpm.

You hare far from target on your rpm,i suggest you to do what these turbo guys said and check your boost,a boost leak will kill your RPM!
