Ok I'm after trying everything I can think of and I can't fix this. I have the following:
2015 Viper XTX
Hurriance Turbo Kit 190HP
Dalton helix 51 43
Purple secondary spring
Super tip arm 60 Y with 11g in the heel only, mid and tip empty
Blue-Silver-Blue primary spring
8JP Belt
2.25" track
I can not get it off the limiter at take off, I'm after adding weight to the heel (up to 14g each arm) and still hitting the limiter. When adding weight the only thing is happen is @ WOT my RPM is low (seen as low as 8000RPM). My belt is not slipping as the clutch are clean, and I even tried the stock helix. No difference. I have tried, 0-1 3-3 6-1 6-2 wrapped. I need help I'm now at 5 days now trying to figure this out. I know there are a lot of smart guys here and I need your help.

Have you tried anything with the stock pink secondary spring? I love how that spring works in mine.

If it was me, I would add 1 washer to the heel and 1 to the tip and see how it runs.... if you blow out the track easy.... then maybe you need some traction.
It sure sounds like he is blowing out the track. I've caught myself fighting this before myself. It's easy to get led astray and start piling on weight to cure it. With the big lug tracks when they blow it out the blow it out pretty darn good.

I make it a point to stay out of other vendors clutch kit conversations, but I will make a suggestion here. Barn Of Parts (TY vendor) has a soft touch primary spring that drops the clutch engagement way down, might keep you from the take off flare. At 26 bucks for a spring why not try it?

I think the primary spring Is way too soft for that power and traction combination. If it was mine I would put back 43* helix and pink spring at 1-6, and would try more weight and spring on the primary.
What elevation are you at? Stock gearing?
Putting the stock helix will make it worst.

Not on top end.
Yes it will lower the rpm on top but it will bounce off the Rev limiter like crazy.Turbos like to be under load.
Something is not right.Do you ride deep powder in newfoundland or what's your average snow like. How's your beldt? Make a couple wide open runs and see how hot your beldt or clutches are? Sounds to me like beldt slippage from the secondary but you keep adding weight to the primary which is messing with your wot.
