Excell Motorsports has designed a new 135.8mm idler "X" wheel for Yamaha Snowmobiles that will replace the stock (or Yamaha Accessory) 129.37mm wheels on all 2006 to 2011 Apex, Vector, FX Nytro, and Phazer models. Excell Motorsports has tested the 138.8mm wheel for over 2 years with major benefits in slider wear and longevity. The "X" Wheel is solid with no holes to help combat freezing of the wheel in place. It is also a direct bolt on replacment with no need for longer bolts or machining of the mount to make it fit. It is a direct replacement wheel for inside or outside the rail. The "X" wheel comes with the replaceable 6005 NTN bearing.

Price: $29.95 each includes wheel, bearing, circlip (as seen in photo)

CK Daul Shock 6 wheel kit with mounting Hardweare $225.00
Fits: Fx Nytro, Nytro, Apex RTX and Vector
This kit fits all "Dual Shock CK" suspensions.

CK Daul Shock 144 8 wheel kit with mounting Hardware $285.00
Fits: Fx Nytro XTX, 2011 Apex XTX
This kit fits all 144 Dual Shock CK suspensions.

Give Excell Motorsports 315-691-6916 (Aaron or Harold), Ulmer Racing 605-387-2833 (Allen), or F&S Yamaha 717-632-6382 (Andy) a call if you have any further questions.

Figures...after I went to all the trouble of maching the inside & outside mounts and buying Poo wheels all the way around last season!

Just my luck, lol. :o|

X2

I just replaced ALL my wheels with 2010 wheels.

X3
Just replaced all mine with the 2010 wheels as well.

I don't feel too bad, just wish the sizes were like the Excell's but I am ready for the season now and who knows when these wheels will be available?

Holy Crap.. I was just entering the credit card info into a website to buy the skidoo wheels when I came back to look at a post here. Just in time!

Any real pics or just autoCAD ?

All I have is the CAD pictures currently. They will only be offered in black, I do know that.

So is it 135.8 or 138.8 mm ?

They are 135.8mm diameter.

That seems like a real lot taller? How much taller are the 2010 Yamaha ones? How much did they cost you guys and did you do the big rear ones too? Thanks, Mike.

I went to Excell M/s over the weekend and talked to Aaron about these, he was pumped... again another quality upgrade from Excell.. He explained to me that this will deff help my issue I have with slide wear, and will also improve performance by reducing the ammount of friction on the track and slides.. As to the size of them it was like comparing a baseball to a softball.. I am pumped and i will have a set on my sled as soon as they are available!!!!!!!!
