New to 4stroke. Bought viper mtx

I have only ever owned m8s but I decided to try out a viper. Bought it from a buddy it has the mpi turbo 180 kit and ulmer racing clutching only 600 miles. I was wondering if these mpi kits have been pretty good and if it worth doing the stage one upgrade kit. Any info would be great thanks

I started with a 2014 M8 and sold it and switched to a 2014 XTX and converted it to an MTX. The most important thing to do is change out the front skid shock spring to a 160 pound spring, then it will dance like an M8. More power is always better, but I advise riding it first and see what you think.

How far are you adjusting it down with the 160 lb spring?

2704-229 is this the 160 lb AC spring?

I used the Zbroz spring because it was longer but yeah try that one. Spin adjuster until it hits and two rounds.....test and fine tune. When it dances like an M8 its correct!
