Any reviews on these yet? Love the price but want some reviews before buying.

what skis are you talking about? The MT9 or the new oem skis found on the Nytro's for 2012? What are you looking for in a new ski?

still waiting on a set. I have used and recommended as first pick for groomed trail riding the ski they were designed after, the Kimpex Arrow. If they work as good for that price, they will sell alot of skis.

So are you looking for less darting from this ski? How wide are they? Honestly I have the MTX skis on mine and with a little suspension adjustment they don't dart at all, and rule in the deep stuff!

Looking for a ski that will rail in the corners and not dart but still have easy steering. I am seriously considering pilots but this ski caught my attention and am keeping my options open.

You have to watch Scott. He is a great guy and has products that work. Unfortunately he doesn't snowmobile himself and has many strong comments about how skis perform on paper rather than in the field. He gets obsessed at times with putting other products down rather than promoting his own. He does have good products, but others do as well. The new Arrows/Yamaha ski is a good example.

I have talked to him in the past when I was trying curves. He I knowledgeable but can real go off on a bushings fit. I was reminded of tba again reading through his web site. Love all of the history of skis and studs.
I have tried twice to buy his bars, once for my curves, once for some stockers. Neither time he had them.

I love that he is bashing a ski no one has tried yet. Great business practice.
He seems to harbor some disdain toward yamaha. Now that I think of it, I too am still a little bitter about the years of embarasing skis. I will as always, wait til I try them before ripping them apart.

No. Only available as an accessory in the catalog, like good working headlights, things to put an extra pair of gloves in, extra fuel storage, better shocks, wheels with replacable bearing, wheel kits, slides that last, and other items that should have came on the sled when new.

I'm still not bitter

I had pilots on my Nytro and found they pushed in the corners.

Don't forget handwarmers and a tunnel that doesn't give birth to 40lb baby Hueys, oh and a wet left foot, bushings that last longer than 500 miles, ball joints that are crap and broke chaincase bolt and you get the picture. I'm not bitter either

Shaper bars on my stock skis work pretty well. You really can't gas this sled through the corners. Go in hot, let off and then roll on the throttle as you are coming out of the corner. The torque lifts the skis and makes it push.
