Since I can not remember the last time I used my reverse, this would be an absolutely brilliant way of getting rid of close to 10 lbs. Also, most of that would be removed from the "heavy" RH side (the FX Nytro is not exactly balanced left to right, if you did not know that...). Unfortunately, I think the non-reverse 2008 was not even offered on this side of the pond so the chance of finding swap parts or even brand new parts is very slim...


Anyway, I am surprised that nobody turned this into a business idea.
Think custom made carbon fiber cover and correct width spacers that are combined with the OEM gears...

Much easier to just buy the few OEM parts that are required to do the conversion. I have a spare non reverse cover. Bought it used for $20.

I could not imagine not have reverse on my Nytro....?

No kidding , my back would never forgive me. LOL
