Well the plastic is now done (except decals). All the foam has been removed and the xxxmodrod vent kit is installed.
The vent kit only came with pre filter material on the clutch side so I bought a sheet of SLP prefilter material and added it to the vents that were missing it.
The mod rod kit is not bad. It's cheaper then a lot of kits out there but the frames are plastic where most are metal. But they don't look too bad and they come with lots of rivets. You will have to drill your own holes in them, they are not pre-drilled.

I finally took my sled off the lift and had a chance to sit on it. The bars felt great with the OFT post relocator. If I were a trail rider the stock riser would be the perfect height. The 4" powermadd riser I bought is a littler higher than I though but perfect for standing. So since I usually set my sleds up for standing, I'll make do the odd time that I am on the trails.
I came up with a solution for the tether mount for my OFT moto-r kill. Since I don't have room on my bars I drilled holes in my riser and bolted it direct to that. I think it is going to work great in this location!

As for clutching; because I go to the mountains every year I needed a kit that was going to be adjustable enough to use in the flatlands and at altitude. That brought me to the drag n' flys.
I picked up a used kit from Turk that already has his set up in it and Turk has been very helpful answering questions about the kit.
So the drag n' flys were my last major project and the kit is now installed along with a white secondary spring.
OF NOTE: My clutch rattle went away once the DNFs were installed!

Now I need some opinions on this. These are the only decals on the entire sled. I had this idea for the decals in my head from the start and I was happy to find just what I was looking for on ebay.
A buddy was over last night and he wasn't to fond of these, so let me know what you guys think.
I have a few odds and ends to do but the build is pretty much, well not done, I don't think it ever will be, but ready for the season we'll call it.
"After" pics coming very soon!!

Wow. I can tear a computer down like that, but anything with an engine and I feel like I'm trying to comprehend neurosurgery. I don't even know what half of the items you listed are, lol. Looks great!
Fantastic thread, keep it updated!

I guess I am mixed on the yamaha sticker too, I mean it looks ok but I wouldn't say it made the sled look better or worse then stock.
Overall the thing is still badazz!
