The shox are all set with the compression at about 75-80%.......rebound I set according to the manual as "standard" which is pretty much a neutral setting till I can get a feel for them...... unless someone can help me with a better starting point.

I really like what you have been doing.
In my experience the nytro doesn't like the "nice and high" in the front end. It tends to make the steering heavy and lose stability. I have zero experience with the floats, but have spoke Danny Gueco who says they put some sort of slug in the Evols to get the ride height down and still keep the air pressure up to keep the big bump-ability. I don't know if that is a option on the X's. Anyways food for thought.
I look forward to seeing the finished product.

Hey thanks for the input!
I hear what you are saying but for my use how in handles on the trails is not a primary concern. This sled is being set up for gravel pits, MX tracks and ditches. (and a trip to the mountains)
We do go on an annual trip that is a lot of trail riding and I will likely make some adjustments to the suspension for that trip.
Again thanks for the input, the more I get the easier it is going to be to dial this sled in!

I decided to change the oil. I'm pretty sure the previous owner had done it in the spring but I had to fix a screw up that involved draining the oil anyways. The screw up was me nicking the oil line at the bottom of the oil tank when I was removing the sub frame. So I swapped that line out for a new one.

I then put the roest skid plate on which went on great! What a sweet product.
My skinz bumper on the other hand was a epic struggle to get on. The bolt holes did not line up and it took some ratchet straps and clamps to get it in position. But it's on now and it looks great.

When I got it back together I went to start it and ....NOTHING.
I had my OFT ROV tether set up to delete the kill switch but it appears I may have done something wrong. I went back and hooked it up and the sled now works. I'm going to have to go back and read the instructions and see what I did wrong. So the ROV works great but the kill switch is still active.

I've now moved on to the plastic. Decals are removed then the painful process of removing the foam.
Once I've pulled the foam out as best I can, I saturate what is left with goo gone. Then after letting it soak I use a plastic scraper to remove the glue and what is left of the foam. The one on the left I am done and the one of the right has the foam pulled but still needs the goo gone treatment.....
