Oil change question SC Apex

Ok...here is a rookie question. First oil change for me on SC Apex, do I just drain the engine and the tank drains through the engine or do I need to drain the tank separately? I didn't see a drain on the tank so I was not sure if you had to disconnect hoses or what. I did get down to the filter and will be able to get it out. Quite the process on these things.

Well survived my first oil change. Its a little time consuming and a little messy but all in all not a bad job.
