Has anyone ever tried to blow through the oil breather filter? Just looking at anything that could have made the oil host come off the oil pan. You can hardly get any air through the screen

Is that in the top vent hose? First time I have seen a filter like that in there. My son's 09 doesn't have one. Is this a used sled? Maybe the previous owner tried a redneck fix to prevent oil from leaking out during rollovers. Another member tried using a PCV valve as a vent valve. It blocked and he grenaded his engine when his oil line blew out at 10k rpm.

I would take that foam out. Even if air gets through, it can freeze up, block and build up pressure.

I believe that's not factory and agree with Mooseman's reply" Maybe the previous owner tried a redneck fix to prevent oil from leaking out during rollovers." How's the motor?

Motor blew the oil line off the pan just looking for a reason and I think I found it! It's not going back in!

Hopefully the motor didn't get damaged.

Oh it's squeaking I bet a Rod bearing is out

Naw got some parts what are you looking for?

I'm the dumb #*$&@ who tried the PCV mode another member suggested. BTW you where getting the pics and price for the exhaust for me. Let me know if you need any motor parts?
