Anyone know much about these belts? How they compare to the XS belt?

These the cheap belts sold on EBay? I'm not sure about the brand, but I had a buddy try one off EBay he thought would be OK and it went boom on him the first day he used it on a stock winder. He's not what I'd call an aggressive rider anymore at all either, he can get 5000 miles out of the 8JP easy on the stock winder. I sure wouldn't spend my money on any off brand belts like this, the name brand belts are known to work and hold the power well.

Thanks for feedback.
Yes the are on eBay. Also seen them at my cat dealer. Seem to be CVTech brand or made for CVTech? But don’t seem very popular as can’t find much info on them. Just wondering about them waiting for snow lol.

I think the one my friend bought was made overseas, don't recall it being made by CVTech. I recall it being cheap and he wanted to give it a whirl. Not sure of the brand that is was, just that he purchased it on EBay. I had never heard of the brand of it.
