Our '07 Phazer's handlebars are a bit low, but the stock riser block makes normal aftermarket 2" riser blocks unworkable due to the bolt length. What are some of you doing to get a little more height in your bars? How much can you rise with the stock cables? Thanks for the help.

I'm using a rsi pivoting riser with adapter and rsi backcountry bend bars. I am 6'2" and I can stand straight with my arms bent. I had to use an extended legth brake line and build a new throttle cable. I think you can go about 2 in higher with stock cables.

I would be interested in your bars if you part with them......

I have a 2" Rox pivot riser on top of the factory block, works and looks good. All stock cables, not sure how much higher you could get away with. If I rode it all the time I would probably go higher, I am 5'10".

ya i did what slymax did the other night, just flipped the throttle cable under the handlebars and they are long enough for sure, at least with the 2"

We have full risers kits available for the Phazer. Our risers kits accomodate the stock speedo mount, and we can even make accomodations for a windsheild mount. The kits are even a pivoting style of riser.

Check out our website in my signature below.

i also have the rox pivot riser , good quality stuff, just flipped the throttle cable and let her rip. then i bent my bars across my back, still sore. will be purchasing 07 apex bars from the dealer for 50$ with grips on them. apex bars also have more rise built into them than the phazer bars, i cant wait.
