piviot riser and cables

I am looking to get a piviot riser and cables for my rx1 it is an 04 and i want to rise 4 inches im looking for a price to buy them for any one have any suggestions on what is a good price and is it worth it.

I bought my riser from www.lakeffectsnow.com who is also a TY member superman you will not be disappointed. Mine is a 2 1/2" pivot with a 4 1/2" riser I have a 04 Warrior the only difference is that my sled is a 136.

IF you go over 2" you will need to change the throttle cable to a 2005 RX Mountain Cable part number 8FW-26311-00-00 Throttle cable.

Other cables can be rerouted to make work I went 7" so I bought all new cables if your going to go taller here are the part numbers.

8FW-26311-00-00 Throttle cable

8FW-26330-00-00 Choke cable

8FW-25872-00-00 Brake line

8FK-26351-00-00 Parking Brake

i went with a 4" powermadd block riser for my warrior and the cables 04rxw10 listed and by sitting on it my sled feels awsome heres some pic and if you dont have an apex seat i would really recommend one of those they totally transform the sled http://www.ty4stroke.com/viewtopic.php?t=77571

This is the Lake Effect 8inch riser with a straight sno-pro cat bar... great feel and grip...plus you have to like the ram mount for the GPS.

HA love the cat bar that is the excat look i am going for i would like to get pivot with 1 inch block or 2 and then get the stright bar now just look for a price how did u get the bar, off of a totald sled?

nice pic on the war. i am putting on a rox 3.5-6" riser on mine. not putting an apex seat on though. going to stick with the stock 05 seat.

HEY GUYS I JUST PUT A 3 INCH CHUX RISER ON MY SLED AND OTHER THAN SLIGHT ADJUSTMENT TO THE BRAKE LINE I DIDNT NEED ANY CABLES. I DONT SEE ANY STRETCH OR TIGHTNESS IN THE CABLE AT FULL LEFT AND RIGHT TURNS. JUST THOUGHT I WOULD THROW IT OUT THERE.

Muffin Works has some awesome riser available. Our adapter block adds 2.5" to the total rise when measured from the top of the steering post. We have risers available in 4", 6" and crazy moutain 8" heights. A 4" riser with our adapter block results in a total of 6.5" of rise. All our risers are CNC machined from billet aluminum and come standard with a polished finish.

Hey guys, I am also considering a riser. My only question though, is there anything out there available to buy that will cover up the hole where the steering post goes through? I have been looking all over the web and I can't find anything.

ive been wondering the same not sure if a apex chrome housing will work or not??
