The forecast this time of year just always seems terrible. Something seems a bit different this year. We are supposed to head up to Munising on the 1st. Not sure if that's going to be the case.

We were able to stay and ride on Lake Gogebic last year between Christmas and New Years and was hoping to do the same this year but that doesn't appear to be the case this year. Here's to hoping conditions improve!

We actually stayed right by you in Rockland that same week, that was quite a storm they got as we were heading up! We got about 2 days of solid riding before it warmed up again. We have been heading up North for about 6 years or so and nearly each year we deal with the same headaches of hoping there will be enough snow. It's a convenient time to get everyone up there but we may need to look to consider switching our main trip to later in January/Feb.
