TY End of Year Ride & Yamaha Snowmobile Demos

I'm in the same boat and have never been able to attend a TY event other than Haydays. Any tips for the newbies would be appreciated, as I may also make the trip out. I have found myself with some time, and could make the run. If anything to get some more miles in on this season and ride a Sidewinder!!

You just show up and ride.. Demos are based on weather and conditions.. will know more when I get there. There is no schedule at this time other then the approximate demo times.

Try the Holiday Inn express or the White Pine either place is great! There are a few other places but not sure if they're booked. The ty rides are the best and if you can try to get to one

I found Boarders booked too so looking at other options in Munising there is not much. The Econo Lodge down the street from Boarders had openings as of yesterday but they were $99 for Friday and $120 and up for Saturday. So I have 5 of us staying at White Pines in Christmas. Rooms at White Pines are $86 a night. It is right off the trail with gas and a Casino next door and Foggy's across the street. G.B.

This might be an option for Sat... temps are suppose to drop so it looks like its going to be cold.

Was in Munising today for work. Didn't get up by Wetmore but from Munising east is not rideable. Bare gravel. Usually there is more snow up the hill. Just a warning. Going to get below freezing tonight and Temps won't be a problem... but no snow in the forecast.

Thanks for the update. We may have to move the Demo out to the Plains. We will see once we get there on Thursday.

I miss spoke earlier. Don't go west from Munising. At least not along m-28.

Here in Marquette we're getting some unexpected lake effect. Usually when we get it Munising gets it a little more. Big winds though. Got a dusting so far and supposed to go till noon. But you never know with lake effect. I really won't be able to check the trails there till Friday afternoon and that will be a second hand report. Good luck guys. Have a great time. We will be pulling in at Boarders about 6 MI time. Sat morn will probably trailer to Kingston early before sunrise and head to Tahmegon Falls. Make plan from there. That's the goal!
