I just wanted to pass along what I ended up doing to wire my LED lights for the Sentinel hand guards. I saw a few posts on here but I really wanted it wired into something that shuts off with the key in case for some reason they get left on and kill the battery.

I purchased the heated visor plug wiring kit from Yamaha, and then I cut a spare heated visor cord, ran it up and through the handlebars and soldered it to the power end of the LED module. This way I can turn them off without mounting another switch, and just slide the RCA plug into the side handlebar tube when I am using my heated visor.

99% of the time I am running without a heated visor, so this setup works for me. I found this to be a no fuss way of getting power to the lights, with the peace of mind that my battery won’t drain if left on by accident.

Hope this helps, they look great and I’ll post some pics soon.
