I have a black mark all around the top of my primary the width of the belt. I do mot have the top end I should have. Completely stock 2019 xtx le 141. I am thinking a stiffer spring or maybe heavier weights. Or both. I am no clutch guru. What do I need to fix this? about 1000 miles on it and one blown belt at about 450 miles a few miles after I was stuck in the deep.

I would clean my clutch and try a fresh belt first before I started changing clutch components.
Yamaha put a pink spring in the secondary for 2019, which I think sucks.
You can try winding it tighter or put either Yamaha white or Dalton black/orange.

As I was poking around wondering what to do it looks like the secondary does not float. New for 2019? I am also thinking spring is too soft. Ya, I am going to clean both clutches. Same puller as my Nytro?
Secondary only starts to float when belt sinks into clutch. Sink belt like going to remove and should float.

Does your primary spring have the paint worn off on the sides in places by chance?

Do you have black marks in the secondary as well? My sled is similar to your and I had to put a stiffer secondary spring.
Secondary looks ok. What spring did you install and how do you like it?

Currently running the EPI purple at 0-1. Really like it. Keep the RPMs right where they should be. Good snap too. But I do not have tested back to back tests with others since I use this one.
