Project: Phazer MTX "facelift"

holy jesus on water, are those front springs tighten enough haha i love the way you used allen head bolts to hold the bearings in the wheels. THUMBS UP to not having to use snap ring pliers!!!

No offense but why so many wheels in the front? I feel like the larger wheels inside the skid wont be doing anything being spaced that closely inbetween two other sets of wheels.

These wheels are original on my Phazer. I have just replaced the original wheels with alu.wheels

There are 2 added wheels in the front of the skid. They looks like the marginal snow kit with an aluminum wheel. I added wheels at the front as well since there was a lot of wear at the front.

Today I have mounted the windshield

Awesome work!!

Your sled is looking awesome!! I am more impressed by your skill set! I am pissed off that your not my neighbor! You would be very handy to know! Keep up the good work!!

Thanks!

I whish also that I lived in USA..especially when it comes to buying parts to my sled. Your prices are about 1/2 - 1/3 of ours :).
I think also the sleds are cheaper in USA...for example a new 2012 Phazer MTX:s listprice here in Sweden are about $15000
