On my Phazer the bearings in the wheels in the skid is not exchangeable. So I will fix that problem :)

I will take away that plastic that holds the bearing
32395518.jpg

Then just to put the wheel in the press remove the bearing

Awesome!Going to machine a snapring groove in wheel to hold bearing in?

Thanks!
Yes I will do that. I have ordered the snapprings online so I think I will get them during the week so more pics then :)

You really are doing some great work there Chris.

Tonight I did build a jigg so I could measure the angle of the frontsuspension.

Originalcaster 18gr

32400996.jpg

8mm shall I cut of the upper A-arm
32400998.jpg

Checking that everything is OK after cutting the a-arm
32400999.jpg

Here you could see how much the a-arm is moved. The emptyspace will be filled up with a bushing. If the change is no godd I could move the bushing to the other side and the original caster is back :)
32401000.jpg

The new caster is about 22gr
32401001.jpg

What material should I use to fill upp the space on the A-arm?
Should I go for som ekind of plastic, alu, or steel?

I will change to oilte bushings inside the a-arm but outside?

Talk to ulmer see if he will make you oilte spacers for the back side of the bushing

I will check with him. I have emailed him if he shipps to Sweden...waiting for answer. Then if he do I can ask for 2 extra oilite bushing or atleast some material and then I can make them my self.
