sledskiing, I'm not actually sure if it's a mountain fit hood or a snostuff hood. I picked it up from Pro116 off of here. Send a PM to him and he may be able to tell you which one it is!

Rest of today's progress. Time to go home for tonight and start on it tomorrow morning! I'm in the process of drilling the pilot hole for the supercharger stub shaft to go through the Delta Box when I realized I didn't have the 3/4" hole saw that I needed.

Let us know what you think of the Barkbuster front end (especially the spindles) when you get it installed. Saw it at the Puyallup show and was quite impressed.

Today's progress. More work to be done tomorrow.
Just a picture of the hole required to be drilled through the Delta Box.
Picture of the special tool you need to tighten the supercharger shaft nut to torque it to 40 ft lbs.
Supercharger top bracket (I had to loosen the top oil line and rotate the line slightly so the bracket fit correctly.
Front View.
CDI position.
Modification of the battery bracket. It didn't quite fit how I liked so I modified it slightly for a better fit.
Picture of the front nose cone area.
Battery tray installed.

What a great project! I'm jealous. What a clean sled! What is the stuff that get's installed front of the bulkhead? Looks like the fuel pump is up top. I saw a brand new mountian vector the other day with the crappy old tunnel design. What's the difference between yours and it? Did the vector get the new ergos? (rider forward) That is the only thing that sled will be missing that seems to make a big difference. While you got it stripped is the time to do it.
