Aaron at Excell has developed a header back exhaust for the vector which gives very noticeable HP gains and sounds sweet, I was their about a week ago and witnessed the new exhaust run in stock vector, sound was great but performance was incredible, I have never seen a vector run this well, very noticeable performance gains and sounds great, I am sure he will dyno and post results from this system in near futher, My guess would be HP improvement near double digets, I would like to see Aaron take video with sound and you can witness for yourself

Yes it is single out back

It is a single out back but has different tone, real nice

Call Excell

Aaron at Excell I'm sure can answer all questions please call 1-315-691-6916, let him know you read about it on our board, See if he is getting near production.

yep

i gave him a call and he said the hp gains will be pretty good, he also said the sound out of this thing is awesome, and they are going to have a video up pretty soon. It is a single pipe and he said he is hoping he gets a lot of calls so he can kinda determine how many to build up.

sorry dudes..not a big fan of single pipes on rx1's or vectors....anyways does that header outlet into one pipe that will fit stock clamp-or is it one big whole system. i have a hauck exhaust exits out stock holes and wondering if this is a header and exhaust or the whole thing?

pimp - three simple questions:

1 - was the Hauck worth the $500?? 2 - what did it get you?

3 - You you somehow put it into perspective how much louder it is? Hauck says 6db

actually i paid $300 for my exhaust, i got 6hp plus shed some weight, and its still legal in all states for db's. and plus u dont have a huge pipe stickin out the back. some ppl think it looks cool but i think it looks tacky...thats my 2c

Six hp on a slip on exhaust,ya ok and I just say Santa Clause and 8 tiny Reindeer.Obviously you live close to Haucks shop or work there,my buddy paid $500 for his " must be nice". :drink:

yeah i live right by haucks...believe it or not he runs his exhaust on all of his race sleds-except for his turboe'd sleds. actually i didnt buy it from haucks...i bought it from a guy in MN...name on here is JONCE. so thats y i got the deal

I heard it was more like 2-3 HP gain thats why I thought it would hardly be worth the time or money. Until someone like Vance and Hines or Yoshimura develop something for these 4 strokers I'll leaving the exhaust alone. I need double digit HP gains to make it worth while.

u cant even get double digit hp gains on the rx1 exhaust, unless its a pipe out the back...let alone the rs engine. if u do find me a pipe that produces 6+hp, exits out stock holes, and is under $300...let me know
