If you listen ( and believe) this guy , global warming is a hoax , it's just the beginning of the next ice age ...lol
Well global temps fell by a lot in the last few years. Last time they fell that much the Climate scientists where claiming a new ice age was upon us.

You guys still going on about this crap! It's almost Summer. Wait till the fall and then you can bring this topic up again and go another 50 pages about the same BS. Yes the 900t is a turd and the Winder is the king of all kings. If you really want to read a #*$&@ show go over on DooTalk and see how the 2 stroke lovers bash everything about the 900t. They all drink the yellow koolaid and Doo has them convinced that the 850 is as reliable as any 4 stroke. BRP reels them in every year and they just love the bait.

Right on MrSled. It's the middle of June without much traffic here or any snomo website.
Here on TY it looks like only the hardcore's are still here posting some pretty entertaining stuff.
Good job guys. Why else check in every day unless you're looking for some entertainment?

What most are not grasping here is that the Doo four-strokes are dead reliable, very well built, engineered and assembled. IMO they are lighter, better built and funner to ride than any Yamaha ever produced in Japan. They never failed to make me laugh and love my my Doo after ever single ride, something I can't say about any other machine I've ever owned including my heavyweight contending Winder. Lets face it, most all of us hate the Cat/Winder at some time or the other. I have a love hate relationship with mine all the time.
The 1200's can and will outrun even a well tuned Apex, the new 900t and even the 850's that are stock of course, yes it takes some mods to a 1200 NA to do that however, it is easily done and has to be done by the owner. The four-stroke Doo's will also last as long or longer than the Japan built Yamahas with actually less issues over the course of its life. Doo builds a fantastic four-stroke, but for some reason they won't build a performance model that will outrun their 800 or 850 two strokes without performing some aftermarket mods to them. The 900 and 600 four-stroke Doos just run and run too. Doo builds fantastic four-strokes, they just need some help to be fast is all.
I wish Doo would get it together with their front end and shock package and put a good high performance powerhouse four-stroke in them and quit the low power, low RPM level BS in the stock four-stroke. Imagine a factory turboed Apex in the Doo chassis with a Cat or Polaris front end on it!
The Doo 1200 motor is not as good as a Yamaha 4 stroke. The 2009s had failures with either a water pump or oil pump gear. Primary clutches dont last, Ive never even ran across a fast 1200 doo. They had a laggy throttle as well. Not in the same league or they would still be using it.
