rear cv boot

i have a small hole in the rear boot near the tire and now the boot looks like it is getting twisted and wrinkled some grease is coming out is this an easy fix to put a new boot on and what kind of grease goes in there or should i just replace the whole joint do you think any other damage happened insde the joint ?

That could be a sign of axle failure , you will want to pull it out and inspect before ordering.
