Schreibers Meadow-Mt Baker

I don't post too much here but do appreciate everyone's input on tuning the Rx-1. I have been riding it for about 2 months now and have done a few mods including slp pp's, front springs, 12mm, and adjusted the rear suspension to my liking. However, this sled is still different than anything I have ever ridden but.....Saturday at Schreibers meadow....blue sky and 12" of powder. Huge canyon walls, fields of white, cornice drops, rode from 1800 ft to about 8500 ft and could smell the sulphur vents. The sled was great and a lot of fun and didn't have any trouble high marking the huge walls or climbing straight up and over. I think I am starting to appreciate it but am still respectful of the fact that it could kick my #*$&@ at any minute (am I riding a bull or a snowmo?). Wish I had pix to share but the camera is messed up but WOW, it is amazing up there. Good times.

Saw your tracks

Hey, I was on the Glacier Creek side of Mt. Baker on Saturday, and saw your tracks up by the vents. WOW, looked cool. I have a short track with a Ripsaw on it, but on Saturday you could go just about everywhere. Where do you live? I live in Everson, WA.

We live in Anacortes so it is about an hour to get up by Baker Lake. That place is amazing on a day like Saturday. Where the heck is Everson?

It is over near the Sumas Abbotsford Boarder. Up near the Glacier creek and Canyon Creek snow parks. It is just off the Mt. Baker Highway really.
