Scott Bergstrom Help!!!!!

Anyone know how to get through to Scott Bergstrom? I have ordered carbides from him several times, including an order last week and have questions on set-up with slydog powdwerhounds with triples. I have heard to keep trying because he is busy, but when selling a product or service, you NEED to answer phones!!!!!!!!!!!! I have literally tried at least a few hundred times since last Friday......from seven in the morning until seven at night. VERY frustrating to say the least.

I ordered triples for my Attak, said he would have them out last week and haven't seen them yet. Had to cancel trip last weekend and have another this weekend. If he can't get them out I need to know and order studboy shapers quick. Any suggestions????? Thanks

Everything I've read elsewhere (other sled sites) says to go buy other ones if you have a trip. You will get the bergstroms, but not timely, and he doesn't have time to talk set up. Next year order in the spring/summer.

He is reknown for giving out excuses...if you want a set of carbides this year, order some Shaper Deuce bars.

Dennis Kirk usually is a good resource for getting stuff quick..and they have multiple shipping options, next day air, if needed. They do carry Stud Boy products, as well.

Thanks, ordered shapers through KJ Motorsports. Last time I order Bergstroms. I've tried close to 100 times this morning.

Yep, over the last couple years he has become very bad at answering calls & it is costing him lots of business!!!
I know people & have ran into many that just said screw him & bought something else!

He's around...just be patient. Once you do get him he is a great guy to talk to...
He should be more available but it is what it is. He makes a great product though...

Order or just go buy some Deuce bars and wait for the triples. That's what I would do. No way would I miss a ride due to waiting for carbides......

I was one of the many that canceled my order. I placed it in like April for off season pricing and requested they be here by the first of Sept. Never showed so in December I bought some Shaper bars . Not quite as good but I can live with them .

I tried calling many times , e-mail even had his cell number ( which I will not give out ) No luck......

Yes we gave up on him as well.

I found a place called johnmaster.net and got some dually runners for my slydogs.

They seem to be a off brand but 1/2" host bar, good wear pads and very beefy. I will see how they last. Good price to!
