Sidewinder coils tuned sleds

Anyone that have experiense in tuning and how much hp and boost the stock coils can handle? I have looked at the Energy coils that Schnitz racing offer. If we load the motor with 30psi or more will the stock coils deliver enough spark ore is it wice to go for aftermarked system ore coils? What about spark plugs and gap?
