Lower plastic panel ( the red panel with exhaust hole)
Yes that would be do-able, Ive replaced the rivets on mine with rivnuts so makes pulling that panel off easier. But time wise about the same as pulling the muffler off.

Got the muffler bolts changed today and also adjusted chain tension as per Drantell SS recommendation!
I hammered each end of the bolts and they all game out with out snapping.

Yup, got the bolts, washers and nickel anti-seize and my local Canadian Tire.

Got to be honest...my dealer serviced my sled(1361 miles last season), and he took the bolts out(stock) with no issues, and replaced the gasket, and replaced the stock bolts with anti seize. He said they came out with absolutely no problem at all...and no rust.
Maybe I got fortunate??? But no issues here with stock bolts.
