I have one primary roller that won't spin. I'm going to wait till the Fall to bring my sled in. I figure they can change both my primary rollers and secondary rollers at the same time. I'm also hoping they have some other updates for the primary and secondary springs by then. I also have a few drips of antifreeze on the front of my track and it looks like it's coming from the hose that connects the rear and front heat exchangers. These things are minor in my opinion and are easy fixes.

my advice take all plastic out and check all fittings collar and make sure they are all tight. i did mine after 300 miles and i found a couple that was a little loose ...I have one primary roller that won't spin. I'm not doing anything on it. I have a three year warranty and my dealer can deal with it. Had it been an easy fix I would do it but I think the fuel tank and other stuff needs to be removed to get at the clamps to tighten them. I noticed the leak when I changed my oil and filter at 300 miles. When I said they were all easy fixes I meant for me because I won't be doing them.

I removed heat shield from exhaust pipe, can see clamps and I could reach with a 7 mm wrench, the smallest I have, I will try with a 6mm wrench when I get one,
If doesn't work, seat, fuel tank and heat shield around header pipe would have to come off.It will go back to dealer for that, I have three year warranty as well.

A few primary rollers have bad bushings, and that caused them to freeze up.
I hope Yammie is going to update some clutch parts for next yr, and maybe just will keep it quiet so not to piss off the 17 owners, but easy enough for guys to update parts. Wonder if maybe just cheap chinese parts are why belt life has not been stellar?
It seems the primary spring/grinding around chewing things up has not been talked about much in awhile, I had hoped the shorter spring with glide washer theory was the fix....Dont think anyone has come up with an exact issue for belt blowers.
Sure would feel alot better if when my sled arrives next fall, it has some new parts in the clutches....just not sure we will be able to tell though, unless part numbers change.

I had a roller that wouldn't turn. The bushing inside the roller was not pressed in all the way. Put roller in vice....pressed it flush and issue fixed!!!
