Pickle protector is only for the chaincase side, correct? I would like something for each side to cover both the chaincase and the brake rotor cover. If you can come up with something that looks nice Travis, I'm in. Every alternative out there right now is expensive so I would think you could make some money on these!
Unless Travis can come up with something Racewerx is the only option out there currently.
Im all for another BOP product!

I don't really like idea of adding wings to my main plate. There is no structure to keep an aluminum plate from deforming upon impact. If we rivet aluminum wings on to plastic an impact will bend plate and likely pull rivets out of plastic.
What I am thinking is something similar too racerwerx and pickle protector, but with smoother more gradual approach so objects glide over. While pickle and racewerx are robost pieces, they have rather abrubt edges a good snag point. As cannondale mentioned, we need glide action!

I'll be second!!!!
Make them big and thick enough so they dont deform. Incorporate exhaust pipe protection in right one. Titanium would be nice! Can you get that?I don't really like idea of adding wings to my main plate. There is no structure to keep an aluminum plate from deforming upon impact. Alright. My dealer got in a Viper rear plate and it will work on the winders with a little modification. They have not performed it yet. I had to ok it tonight before they went ahead and started cutting a $150 skidplate. From what they could tell holding it up, all that will need to be done is to cut the 2 front tabs off and to widen the exhaust hole a little bit. Possibly new/widening of the screw holes in the plate as well. Once complete and I finally pick the sled up I will try to post a cpl pix and let you know how it turns out. My best guess would be next week, as they have to order a 2nd one for my Dad's sled. Here is a pic showing the ares in red that will need to be modified.

Has anyone noticed that the bottom of the winder is flat? The brake disk and chain case doesn't hang down any more. Haven't looked close enough to see how they pulled that off.

I'm pretty sure I have bumps for both in the stock pan
But never actually looked to see if they hang down
