Ya I will take one after workCompared to the other options I think this is the one for me. I want more hand protection than the others I've tried offer (w/o having to use hand guards). When Yamaha removed the SMA-8LR96-21 from the site mid-Summer I figured "here we go again" and ordered the SMA-8LR96-20 "tall" with the intent to cut it down some but leave the sides. Then I saw these at Haydays and Yamaha rep said they were on the way. So I'm looking forward to this one and have it on order - dealer told me "December" so hopefully I get it soon.
Can you take a pic of it from behind the handle bars (as if you're on the sled)?
Thanks!

It looks a lot better than the "Caribou Hunting" windshield - the "Tall".Yes it does
But I'm tired of being cold
Kevin - I'm the same as you. Tired of my hands being cold, all I want is a windshield (I don't like hand guards) that blocks the wind to my hands.

I tried hard handgaurds and froze
Now have soft ones and they are better but still not warm enough

Ordered another one yesterday for a buddyKevin - very much appreciated. Hopefully I get mine soon, but this looks like exactly what I want/need.
I'm not sold on the look of the high one, but I figure I can put the low one on if riding in warmer temps

These new shields must be made in Canada since you all seem to be the only ones getting them so far - I'm at least encouraged that they do exist. I just called my dealer and the Yamaha system shows "Backordered until Dec 12". How Yamaha can not have their act together on something as profitable as accessories is beyond me.
