SE window.....it comes on every SE model.Hey dan i've been looking online everywhere for this windsheild if you dont mind me asking where did you get it from?
Just have dealer order it, or micro-fiche the part number. Some yrs look diff. They had one with orange lower('17 model with black/Orange cowl) and mine is from the blue/white model with a smoked lower section on the window(pics below from Qc trip) or the new 19 model has a red lower section.
I found the SE window to be by far the best looking window with very decent wind protection. I ran it in coldest temps Ive ever rode in Qc last season and it did a good job for me. Not quite as much protection as taller window but those are butt ugly IMO. Far Far better then any SRX or LE window for protection. It reminds me of the X window on a DOO, in the way its design throws the majority of the air around you nicely. I never liked painted windows of any kind due to cutting into peripheral vision. These do well as they are smoked lowers.
PART number has always been right on my build thread page one.
Dan
Notice the lower section/smoked lower-blended in.

Dan, I had to get rid of my cat lighted hand guards like yours...the LED’s would not stay lit. Both sets went bad!! First ride for each of them we’re fine. Very next day, the led’s would start going out, until eventually they were completely out on one guard, and the other side started too. And this happened on both sets. And it happened the exact same way.
Cat warrantied both sets, but what a disappointment, cuz I loved the look.
Went with the Powermadd Sentinels (white and Black) with the led’s, no more issues with led’s... problem solved!! I’m use to them now and like them(led’s in the sentinels are even brighter than the cats), but wished I could have gotten the cat ones to work.
You must have gotten a good pair!!

Mine have been perfect.....I heard there were issues season one with them but after that I figured the update was all good. I hope mine keep going cause I do love them. I was certain to NOT FOLLOW their instructions, as they wanted to put the power convertor box on hot side, i installed mine on cold side. I didnt like that.Dan, I had to get rid of my cat lighted hand guards like yours...the LED’s would not stay lit. Both sets went bad!! First ride for each of them we’re fine. Can anyone confirm the part number for this windshield?
8LX-K7210-20-00 is from the fiche for '19 XTX-SE but some of the photos show a black windshield which I do not want.
Thanks
