what's the process to adjust the headlight ?

adjust the headlight using the adjusting screw on the backside of the headlight (middle right?) using a 4mm swivel socket and long extension. don't know how to get to the screw yet but gonna find out shortly when i adjust mine.

place assistant rider on sled. measure from ground to the center of the light on the sled to obtain the center of a cross on the wall you will aim at. mark a cross on a wall 25' level ground from the sled using measurement obtained at the light previously. start sled with brake on and turn adjusting screw to focus most light intensity on the cross mark. remove assistant rider from sled, jump on and enjoy.

pretty easy, nothing to take apart, at least on mine, use long extension and swivel and go through next to riser on right side, shine light through lattice work in front of riser to locate screw. it is small, 4mm. counterclockwise seems to raise it. i will fine tune after dark. i think i missed the part in the earlier post that the adjustment is done on high beam, aim best intensity 2" below center of cross. she was in here freaking while i was typing about a possum that i had to go out and relocate to a new home a few miles from here so my shepherd wouldn't get it.
