We ride in MN. So it is trails, lakes and ditch riding after a nice snowfall. What r the best skis to get will help float the front end?

In my opinion The factory skis on the 14 sleds are not bad with a good set of carbides
I installed simmons flexi skis this summer, just because i already had them from my last sled and ive been happy with them so they were worth giving a try.
You are gonna get a million different opinions but lots of guys are happy with curves.

I agree. My Pilots made a huge diff on phazer but not worth it on viper. Both 6.9Pilots and curves are wider than stock and it is a real pain trailering also so you may want to consider that also. In trailer side by side you have to overlap skis and if you use a ramp with sides they wedge in the ramp.

I'm using SLP Powder Pros with SLP 6" carbides and 90 studs , I think they work really good on this chassis

I can't say that I've tried many different skis but I put a set of pilot 6.9's that I had on my 'Doo and opted to put those on the Viper which helped the front end float better than the stock skis. The one negative thing I'll say is that it seems to take more steering effort than the stock skis but keeping the front end up was more important to me. I still need to do some suspension tweaks to see if I can reduce the ski pressure.
