It happened to me when I put the J&T 4 wheel kit on my sled. I just ground the shaft where the 2 inboard wheels are. As the track stretches the shaft will clear.Well not so fast. I put my pivot shaft in, I was waiting for a rubber stopper. Now the JT wheel kit is rubbing on the shaft. The skid is in right. Track is tight. But WTF?
I would if this damn site wasn't so impossible to deal with. I have asked for help at least 5 times as to why for me the site is so slow. Your quote literally took a minute and a half to copy into this message. Let alone upload a pic, which I do have in my computer. Can you post a pic of the 4th wheel kit interfering with the shaft ?
Sorry man, but that is just not acceptable to me. Pay 240 dollars for a wheel kit, and I have to grind the pivot shaft, no way.It happened to me when I put the J&T 4 wheel kit on my sled. I just ground the shaft where the 2 inboard wheels are. As the track stretches the shaft will clear.
I fixed it but not exactly happy. Tightened the track way beyond what I would be comfortable with. I now have about 3mm clearance from the wheel to the pivot shaft. Ran the track on the lift, and it rolls fine. Hopefully the track stretches more. Part of the problem could also be the upper cross shaft saver is pushing the skid back some, therefore I don't need to move the rear wheels back as far to tighten the track.
Gonna take the upper cross shaft saver out. Pics on BOP looks like it really pushes the skid back quite a bit.
Just noticed something. If I'm logged out of this site, it's super fast. As soon as I log in, it's slow as hell. What gives?

Also the larger wheel is going to take more track bringing the axle forward a little.I fixed it but not exactly happy. Tightened the track way beyond what I would be comfortable with. The' stock cross shaft' with bushings or BOP upgraded cross shaft have the same diameter so there should be no difference in tension. Has to be the larger rollers.

I will verify with my vernier caliper, thanks. I hope you're right, I don't want to take the skid out again.

Yea I like those French cookies with my beer

But when I’m on TY I use my phone so I don’t have to clean all those crumbs!
