I know some of you have done this and it may even be a change for 2004….
Understanding that moving the adjuster nuts upwards on the control rods will increase weight transfer and it does…I read on an earlier post that you can put in a smaller spacer at the bottom (bolt end), what effect will this have….Thanks guy’s

I can think of 2 different effects by putting in a thinner 5 mm replacement for the stock 10 mm spacer. First, the gap on the control rods will increase by 5 mm causing more transfer. Second you will gain a little more travel in the rear end of the suspension because you are letting the suspension out more.

I did it to mine and all I can say is that it's about 75% more comfortable than before. Cushier and less stiff as you are getting more travel.

I took the spacer right out. I did this on my SRX as well.....roe 11,000km. with no problems.
