Well, I believe my snowblower is 4 stroke so I'll ask this question!
I purchased a new Yamaha Snowblower YT624 a couple of years ago. Its an awesome machine but last winter I started having trouble with the gas assisted shock. When pulling the lever it releases but won't "lock" into place. The machine will rock back and forth and sometimes lock into place. This causes it to ride on top of the snow sometimes.
I want to see if this is an adjustment or if it needs replacing something I can source and do myself. Problem is that I'm having a helluva time finding original parts for this online...or even a parts diagram.
Thanks, I've tried them in the past with not much action. However I revisited the snowblowerforums.com and already have a few people assisting. Gotta love the Yammy community.
