gas wieghs 6.25lbs a gallon so 5gallons is 31lbs, thats pretty close to what your stated weight was

I thought gas was 7lbs per gallon??

I dont know where the weight numbers came from on the fusion,but mine had an insert that stated 624# semi wet,that is all fluids except gas...

Those sleds were weighed on persistion scales for the snoweek shootout last year.
