sr viper top speed

gears or overdrive sheaves but you probably don't have the HP to shift them out! what speeds are you seeing and how many miles are on it?

My brother got 87 mph in 660ft @ drags races today on his sr viper 137" , that a good time?

i was at sledfest yesterday, that would've won your class. i radar quit a bit and i've seen most of the old nytro's do anywhere from 106-110mph on the gun in 2000-3000 feet. i would think that's where the new viper will end up unless you turbo charge the thing. i'd think it should settle in around 125-130 with a turbo.
you wanna go faster change the track froma rip saw 1.25 to a hacksaw 1". you'll pick up 3-5mph.

I cant get my ltz to hit trip digits 95 was the best so far

have been riding with a 800 back country and it seems that the guy that guy that gets the jump when you get to an open run hold his own, both sled are stock, neither one is hitting 100. but is fast enough for me

I will be adding wieght to the Primary till I lose speed. I bet with stock motor we are all revving to high. This should gain speed.

Saw 97 on the speedo....... 330 miles... Seeing more and more rpm as it breaks in! :-o
