start and fuel problem with my 2007 yamaha phazer

I have a 2007 yamaha phazer and i was riding it doing about 30-40 and the high beam light came on and it shut off. now when you turn the key i hear the clicking but it doesnt start or attempt to start. we have changed relays changed the fuel pump fuel pump line fuel rail and injectors. the injectors work if you take the fuel rail off, but once you put the rail on and put the injectors in the holes they go in they no longer work. i can spray carb cleaner in there and arch it over and itll run off the carb cleaner for about 5 seconds and die. any suggestions???? i am completly lost and we have been at this for about a week..

I am no expert but there was trouble with the ground block on those sleds. has it been cleaned/checked?

Were is the ground block?

Right hand side it's usually a yellow plastic block with several wires in and out of it. There was a recall or bulletin for the 07"s.

could someone maybe post a picture of the ground block, it isnt yellow on my sled, there is nothing yellow on the right side besides a sticker on one of the wires. thanks
