How much track tension are you running? Mine seems awful tight, I'm going to loosen till it ratchets and then tighten, its like I got the brakes on.

Mine is super loose. I run antiratchets so that's why I can do that. That said, the Edge rear skid should still allow you to run much looser than the ProAction Yamaha skid, at least from what I have seen working at a Yamaha/ Polaris dual brand dealership.

Did 300 miles and it worked great I only bottomed out on hard bumps with the stock springs so maybe I 'll leave them on for a while. It soaks up stutter bumps like mad!!
I have mine set on full transfer and get about a 1" of ski lift is all, I guess you don't need more but I was expecting more. How is yours working?

Back from the past. LOL This is a great post. The one thing I see in the pics is Kinger seems to have his front mount bolt lower in the tunnel than does Jack-shaft. Could you both measure from the top of the foot well to the center of the bolt for me. This little difference may be why Kingers works with the rear 1 inch below the tunnel. Both may be level just at different spots level. I am going to be putting a 121 pro x stretched to 136 in my warrior in about 2 weeks, and this is a great post. Thanks Paul

Hey Paul, sorry I don't check this like I should, I will get you themeasurement this weekend. If i had it to do over again I would lower that front hole 1/2" from where I have it I think then I would get the wheelies on max transfer, right now on max trasnfer I get about 6" of lift and i have to work to get that, its perfect but there aint no more. On full ski pressure i can do figure 8's on the bare concrete!
Side effect if this lowers the skid slightly over jack shafts set up and raises the Center of gravity slightly but its worth it to me to have the rear bolt UNDER the runnign board, also gives a little more clearance for studs.

2 3/4" from the top of the foot well outside the sled to the center of the hole, again if I could i would lower that hole a little bit more. Thanks!

Holy shiz I don't think mine would have held, the ZX2 bolts would have probably come loose in that many miles

Jesse what size are you hd springs. You want to sell them, or tell me where to get them if I need them. I have my front holes drilled, and rears will be done tomorow. Paul
