I have the same rpm issues with mine and fuel mileage is bad. All stock.
What was the fix before modding your sled.

They found my fuel pressure was high, so they changed out the whole rail from a new sled sitting on the show room floor.
Then he adjusted my secondary offset for tightest allowed spec, refunded me for my blown belt and flat rollers that I had replaced! So with all done and NEW belt it seemed stronger but yet less throttle for 50-60 mph cruising when trying for gas mileage.

At the end of the season I put a little more weight in the middle of the clutch arm, and it got a bit better. This season i am going to run 270-280 and thunder products clutch kit.

All in huh, good for you! That power and ease of upgrade is addicting for sure!

Mine is a Cat, ran an STM torsional and OSP weights. Had to add a few grams, sled ran great, 120 with 21/41 gears.
