My kit did not come with 1" Allen Head set screws. Is there a reason for this? I only have 3/4, 1/2 & 1/4 ". I was thinking of adding a 1" set screw to the bottom. I hit the rev. limiter on take off. I have the small weights, normally aspirated. Will the 1" set screw interfere with weight movement?

Not sure a 1" allen is normally part of the kit. I did not have one.

I picked up some 1" set screws. I looked into a 1/4" and 3/4". The combined weight is more than I would like. I weighed the 1" at 3.85 gms. Should a 1" length be used is the question.

Yes, it can be used .... just swing the weight when installed to see if it clears.

I was under the impression that when you provided Lonn your setup during ordering, the kit would come with at least a starting point of weights installed?
My kit is here, and I am in the middle of installing it. When I grabbed the weights out of the box, they are completely empty, nothing in any of the positions. This is the first time I have ever done a clutch kit in a sled, and I have no idea where to even start.

Tip 3/8 steel bolt + 1 thin washer
Middle 3/8 aluminum bolt
Heel 1/4" set screw buried then 3/4" on top. Make sure the weights do full swing.

Start with 3/4 allen in the heel, 3/8 aluminum and one thin washer in the middle, and 3/8 steel with 1 thin washer in the tip. If it hits rev limiter hard on take off, you'll need to bury a 1/4" allen under the 3/4. Wrap secondary at 3-3. That should be close for starters.I was under the impression that when you provided Lonn your setup during ordering, the kit would come with at least a starting point of weights installed?

Is this for a stock baseline setup? Does swapping to a 1.6" Ice Cobra, or any of the mods in my sig make any difference?
