Thunder Products (Big Venom Viper kit) with Heavy Hitters

Ouch.... wish it didn't have to be that way between Canada and US

I've got a few sets of heavy hitters. So if the profile hasn't changed any I guess I'll give them a try this season see what I can come up with. They were my go to weights in my 2 strokes

Try giving Lonn a call I am shire he can help you out. He is a good guy to deal with. A fello rider ordered from him last week and didn't pay for shipping like that but he talked to Lonn directly.

Great info smoothride!

Lonn has changed very little on the weights, so you should be able to come up with something if you have enough parts.

Yeah I have way more parts than a person should. Guess you get that when you have 13 sleds

I'm going to liquidate some this year. I don't even use most of them and the registration fees alone are stupid when they just set there

Yesterday doing work on the viper. Put the led headlights in an was running for a while and the sled was stumble all the time and my friend sad this the way they run at 2500 rpm and the engagement was at around 3800 rpm and the sled would jump let it for around 5 mins. The clutch was noise all the time you could hear the fingers making noise. We took the clutch and secondary apart put ofs on the secondary and put the heavy hitter clutch kit and 911 cover on it and set it up with the new gates belt. Now go to start it up and the motor start up with a half a turn and now the motor is not tumbling all time and is it runs very smooth and the clutch is not have the fingers making noise it engages at 3000 rpm and you can move the sled a 1/8 of a inch at a time. Me thinks the clutch is causing the motor to run poorly my fiend is going to try and see if his is the same today because him put the big venom kit in his but no 911 cover.

Well.... I just received my big venom kit today. I have never tried any clutch work before so this is going to be interesting/fun!!!!!
I hope!!!!

Guys, I installed 2 kits this weekend on a 2014 viper and a brand new 2016 viper. I have vidoes and will get them posted asap.

The 2014 viper with 346 miles on engages at 2,500 and creeps ahead, just like it's supposed too :)

The owner is very pleased cause now his sleds are not leaving black marks on his nice sealed floor. You can just idle anywhere you want and load a trailer with ease....no sudden spinning.

The stock clutching engages so hard, hard to just move forward or backup without jerking and leaving marks.

Here is my problem....I don't have editing software for the videos..... What's a good app to do this with?

NOS, awesome your going to post video of the clutch work. Picking sled up on 30th and have the kit ready to install. Video will make install easier. Thanks again.

You betcha guys! :)
