It's only hitting the rev limiter when I spin the track on take off, but that's in 6" of loose snow, tried it today after it got packed down and I was touching the rev limiter, thinking I should be good on a hard packed groomed trail. You can add the 1/4 set screw before the original set screw, make sure you swing the weight thru the entire movement checking clearance. You will only have about 1/16" clearance between the set screw and the casting support with the right combination.

Have 3/4 screw in h1, just tried 1/4 plus 3/4 and nothing changed, still hitting rev limiter, can't ad anymore weight to the heel.Fun to hear your set up! What are you running in H1, H2 and H3?

You need to ad weight to the tip to lower top rpm.

The problem it mite be spring to much or the secondary spring is to tight not getting into high gear fast enough.

I would wait till you get on some hard packed snow to see what it is like before I make another change.

just got a set of weights from lonn for my sisters nytro where setup by him, they weren't even close lots of belt burn an over rev on bottom, belt slipping, changed weight and have them working very well now, need to fine tune when we get some base down but can drive around now at 8 mph without slipping and very smooth. set them up very similar to ulmer weights on friends viper, pretty much need to load the base of weight for 4 strokes not the tip. not bashing lonn or his kits because they do work well if setup right but we all know yamaha clutches slip on the bottom so i have found you need a lot of pinch on the bottom.
