Hello again. I put apart The secondary to stretch up The drivebelt. Is it right to take away one shims to tighten the belt?
The belt is now about 33.5mm wide and its about 5mm under the clutch edge

That’s not how you change the adjust your belt for ware you move those shims are for the offset or alignment of your belt to the primary clutch if you move those shims put them back the way they were. To adjust belt it’s the three screws on the back of the secondary clutch

That is incorrect for these clutches. There are no adjustment screws.
@Sarrow , you are correct but not for adjusting belt deflection but for the depth of the belt into the sheaves of the secondary clutch. The clutch basically has to be taken apart and shims added or removed between the halves. And you take that shim you remove and place it with the others under the bolt as you pictured. You can also take a shim from the exterior and place it in between to widen the sheaves to drop the belt lower. You want the lower part of the belt rib to be even with the sheaves, like in this picture:
Also, it you remove the snap ring to take apart the clutch, you MUST replace it. Too many have destroyed their clutches when it came off while riding. You can reuse the old one while changing spacers and checking belt depth however, after the final setting, replace it with a new one.
Edit: Another thing about that snap ring. When installing it, be sure to put the "sharp" edged side pointing outwards, not towards the clutch.
