Sled and I did at least 3 cartwheels each. Lucky for soft, wet snow for a landing. :exc:

Once I get the machine home, (it is 12 miles away out on lake still) I guess I should expect some extra damage eh, drive shaft, suspension rails look twisted, maybe the cooler up front. Anyone that has had this happen can chirp in about other damage associated with this. I am sore now, feeling stiffer than normal for sure, feeling lucky too...

Damn! How many miles on the track?

4700 miles (original) I just tightened it up too yesterday morning, it stretched a lot over the past 5 seasons, studded from 0 miles as well. I am in the hunt for 1.5 - 1.75 non studded now.

Wow - sounds like a freak thing to lose one at 4700K.

Yes, I meant K as in thousand not kms. My bad.

I'm still surprised at losing a track at 4700 miles. Mine has 9,300 miles and has been studded since new. I hope I'm not riding on a time-bomb! I hate to replace since it still looks great.
